Beyond the core focus on financial literacy, these webinars also addressed related challenges, such as the impact of poor financial management on both one's mental & physical health. Each participant left with a personalized playbook centered around six fundamental pillars of financial wellness, empowering them with the knowledge and resources needed to secure their financial futures.

The impact was immeasurable. Not only was employee feedback overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the value of the program, but thirty minutes into the second webinar Copeland Media discovered that an employee's retirement account had been idle in a money market account for fifteen years. This discovery led to immediate corrective action, transforming her financial outlook and serving as a powerful lesson for all attendees.
